​Caring for and saving bunny lives is a team effort! We greatly appreciate the time and energy that volunteers give. We ar always looking for people to help with:

• Cleaning cages: We need volunteers who are willing to help clean at our facility in South Hill. We are looking for a commitment of 2-6 hours (more more!) every week or two weeks. Cleaning involves sweeping or washing out rabbit cages, cleaning and filling water feeders and cleaning toys, or ensuring each bunny has a toy. 

• Socializing Bunnies: Who doesn't want to hang out with bunnies?? It is important for bunnies, especially the ones who have been with us for a longer amount of time, to be socialized regularly. We need volunteers who are interested in holding, petting, and interacting with the rabbits to help keep them friendly towards people and raise their chances of a successful adoption!

• Grooming Bunnies: Rabbits need regular nail trims, and brushing to stay in optimal health. We can always use volunteers who are willing to trim nails, and brush or "pluck" (grooming technique) bunny fur.
